Privacy notice

Plain statements about what this website does with your data. Version of 13 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Cerebrum Technology operates this website and is the controller of the data described here. Write to contact@cerebrum.technology for any question or request about your data.

What this site collects

Nothing, unless you send the Book a demo form or allow optional cookies. The site keeps no server logs beyond those of the hosting provider. It keeps your cookie choice in your browser and, with your consent, may also use preferences, statistics and marketing cookies, described under Cookies and similar technologies below. Without your consent, none of them is used.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way, and the same rules apply to them. The site sorts them into four categories:

  • Necessary: Make the site work and remember your cookie choice. The site cannot work properly without them, so they are always on.
  • Preferences: Remember choices you make on the site, such as how a list is displayed.
  • Statistics: Help us understand how visitors use the site, by collecting and reporting information about visits.
  • Marketing: Help us measure and improve our outreach, such as the reach of our posts and campaigns, and show relevant information about Cerebrum on other sites.

Necessary ones need no consent: in your browser's local storage, the site keeps your cookie choice and copies of the last pages you opened on it, so that the Back button shows them at once. Neither leaves your device. The other three categories are used only if you allow them, and stay off until you do.

Your choice is kept in your browser for twelve months; after that, the site asks again. You can change or withdraw it at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site honours it: marketing stays off, whatever else you allow.

The Book a demo form

We receive the name, work email, organisation, interest and message you type. The request is sent to the Cerebrum Technology team by email, through Cloudflare's email service to the team's mailboxes at Google Workspace, and is not stored on the website. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare the conversation you asked for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a request you chose to send us.

How long we keep it

Your request stays in our mailboxes for up to twelve months after our last exchange, then it is deleted. To have it deleted earlier, or to receive a copy of what we hold, write to the address above and we answer within thirty days. You may object to this processing at any time by writing to the same address, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

Abuse protection

The form has a hidden field that catches automated submissions, and request limits are applied at the network edge. Neither records anything about you.

Hosting

The site is served from Cloudflare's content delivery network. Cloudflare may record technical connection data for security and reliability under its own terms.
